Triple Board-Certified Trial Attorney

“The rights of those seeking to hold insurance companies and those causing injuries accountable are under constant attack. We are committed to the protection and prosecution of these rights.”

Lee Gunn practices with the Tampa law firm of Gunn Law Group, P.A., where he primarily prosecutes insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.

Lee received his law degree from the University of Florida in 1982 and was inducted into the University of Florida Hall of Fame in recognition of his leadership activities. For the first 17 years of his practice, he defended insurance companies, hospitals, manufacturers, and corporations including Coca-Cola Enterprises, Hospital Corporation of America, Enterprise Leasing Company, Walgreen Co., AAA AutoClub South, GEICO, State Farm Fire Insurance Company, Travelers Insurance Companies, and USAA.

In 2000, Lee decided to instead represent policyholders and the injured. He now focuses his practice upon the prosecution of cases involving substantial losses throughout Florida. Lee has obtained numerous multimillion-dollar recoveries for his clients.
