Scott Arthur is a shareholder at Gunn Law Group, P.A., having joined the firm upon graduation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2005. Mr. Arthur’s practice is focused primarily on representing policyholders and the injured in insurance claims, including cases involving disputed insurance coverage, unfair claims settlement practices, and insurance bad faith. In 2009 and from 2011 to 2017, Florida Super Lawyers® has recognized Mr. Arthur as a Rising Stars℠ member for his work in the practice area of insurance coverage.
