Kelly Gray focuses her practice of law upon the prosecution of direct and bad faith actions against insurance companies that refuse to pay fully, fairly and promptly. These cases frequently involve substantial losses including death and serious injuries or catastrophic damage to insured property where the insurance company has either outright denied coverage or has otherwise failed to fulfill its obligations.

Before representing plaintiffs, Kelly defended insurance companies, product manufacturers and other large corporations from 1993 until 2002. More recently, Kelly was Claims Counsel for First Floridian/Travelers of Florida from 2002 until early 2006 where she also served on the Insurance Disaster Assessment Team, an industry organization which conducts arial surveys of hurricane and other disaster struck areas of Florida for the purpose of evaluating the damages and its likely impact on the industry and Floridians.
