Gregg A. Johnson

Gregg Johnson is a seasoned trial attorney who focuses his practice of law on the prosecution of serious injury and insurance coverage dispute cases. These cases frequently involved substantial losses that result in serious injuries, death and catastrophic damage to insured propery where the insurance company has either denied coverage of failed to fulfill its converage obligations.

As Hillsborough County's Senior Assistant County Attorney, Mr. Johnson was responsible for all construction related litigation as well as transactional work. He also served the County Public Transportation Commission as general counsel and primary litigation attorney. Before serving Hillsborough County, Gregg was an insurance defense attorney for the law offices of Charles E. McKeon, P.A. and Gunn, Ogden & Sullivan, P.A. where he handled insurance bad faith, construction defect, commercial litigation and personal injury files through all stages from pre-suit negotiation, discovery, mediation, settlement and trial.
